Your download appears on the confirmation page as soon as your payment goes through, so the most common cause is a closed tab rather than a failed order. Email us the address you used at checkout and we will send the file straight to you — you do not need to buy it again.

Your file lives in My Purchases on TPT and can be re-downloaded there any time, on any device. If the file itself is wrong or will not open, email us and we will fix it — please do that before leaving a review, because we can usually solve it in a few minutes and a review cannot be edited as easily.

Every poster is built for US Letter. In the print dialog choose Fit to page (or Scale: Fit) rather than Actual size, and turn on background graphics if your printer offers it. Printing borderless is a printer setting, not a file setting. They also enlarge cleanly to A3 or 11×17 at a copy shop.

A standard licence covers one teacher — print as much as you like for your own classes, but please do not forward the file. School and district licences are available at a discount; email us with how many teachers you need and we will send a quote.

Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If a file will not download, will not print correctly, or is not what the product page described, email us within 30 days and we will put it right — a repaired file, the correct file, or another resource of the same value. Purchases made on Teachers Pay Teachers follow TPT’s own policy.

The free Warm Up First! poster downloads directly in your browser when you sign up on the homepage — nothing is emailed, so there is no inbox to check. If the download did not start, email us and we will send it over.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it takes effect immediately. You can also email us and we will remove you, along with any information we hold about you.
